See the challengeThree ways our events are priced. Every event page shows which one applies.
One price for the group, like The Psychiatrist at $650.
Most hosted games start at $850 to $975 for up to 25 people, about $34 to $39 each.
Kit workshops run $45 to $119 a person plus a $379 to $479 base fee, kit shipped to each guest.
You see the full price before you book; a 50% deposit holds the date.
Four things to check before you book, and how KraftyLab handles each one.
Ask who runs the event. Every KraftyLab event has a professional host who runs it live, keeps quieter people involved and handles the breakout rooms.
For crafts and tastings, check what ships and where. We send a kit to every guest's door, with continental US shipping included and set rates for Canada and international.
Make sure it runs where your team already meets. Our games run on Zoom by default, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request, and we have run a single 60-minute event for 1,000 registered employees across four parallel activity tracks.
Look for pricing up front instead of a sales call. Every event shows a flat rate, a per-person price, or a package that covers 25 people.
3,000+ teams served, from startups to the Fortune 500.

Live, hosted activities your team joins from anywhere on a video call: games like trivia and escape rooms, workshops, and tastings with kits shipped to each person.
Hosted games start at a $650 flat rate, and most are packages of $850 to $975 for up to 25 people, about $34 to $39 each. Kit workshops are $45 to $119 a person plus a base fee. You see the full price before you book.
Trivia, game shows, bingo, networking formats, and selected workshops can accommodate larger groups, and we may add a tech assistant alongside the host. We have run a single 60-minute event for 1,000 registered employees across four parallel activity tracks.
A kit workshop, where everyone makes the same thing at the same time, or a flat-rate game like The Psychiatrist at $650. Hosted game packages cover up to 25 people.
A hosted game needs only your video call: the host runs the rounds and teams play in breakout rooms. A hosted class ships a kit to every guest first, then an instructor leads everyone through it live.
Zoom by default; Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request. Games need breakout rooms and chat, and some need the host to share their screen. Setup guides: Zoom breakout rooms, Teams breakout rooms.
Book games at least 2 weeks ahead (sooner? ask). Kit events need at least 3 weeks, and international addresses need 3 to 4 weeks.
Branding, custom content or a theme: we can do it with at least 4 weeks' notice.
Filter by kit, collection, price, and team size to find the right fit.
