How much do virtual meditation classes for employees cost?
Meditation is $479 for up to 75 people and $675 for 76 or more people; Sound Meditation is $950 for the whole group. That one price covers everyone on the call, so the cost per person drops as more people join. A 50% deposit holds the date.
What do employees need for a virtual meditation session?
Only the video link: nothing ships and there is nothing to prepare. A quiet place to sit helps. For Sound Meditation, everyone also needs headphones or earbuds.
Guided meditation or sound meditation: which should we book?
Book Meditation for a first session, for bigger groups, or if you need Teams or Google Meet. Book Sound Meditation for a group that would rather listen than follow instructions, and make sure everyone can join on Zoom with headphones.
Is Sound Meditation a virtual sound bath?
It's the closest session we run to a virtual sound bath: an instructor leads a vibrational sound meditation live on Zoom, and everyone listens through headphones. It runs Zoom only for the best audio.
Can we run online meditation classes on Teams or Google Meet?
Meditation runs on Zoom by default, or Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request: send your event manager the link and have someone admit the host a few minutes before. Sound Meditation is Zoom only.
How far ahead should we book, and what about time zones?
Book at least 14 days ahead; December dates fill first. For a team spread across time zones, book two sessions so everyone joins in their own workday. Rescheduling is free up to 2 days before; after that there is a $200 fee.
Can we make it a monthly employee meditation program?
Yes. Book one calm session a month, alternating Meditation, Sound Meditation and Yoga. For a talk rather than a practice, our mental health workshops include talks by psychiatrist Dr. Ellen Vora.
