Two sessions, same game
With the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific all on the list, run the same game twice: one session per half of the world. Same game, same scoring, nobody up at 2 a.m.
Running a series? Rotate who gets the early or late slot each time, so the same office is not always the one staying up. A multi-event program plans the whole calendar at once.
Shipping kits to every country on your team
International shipping is available for most event kits. Send international addresses 3 to 4 weeks before the event so there is room for customs and transit. We handle the customs paperwork, track every kit and confirm delivery before the day.
Some countries restrict items like alcohol, essential oils or soil. For those, we can source materials locally for an extra fee or send a materials list, so nobody sits out their own team's event. Do you handle customs?
Yes. Customs documentation for international shipments is handled as part of fulfillment, kits are tracked individually, and delivery is confirmed ahead of the event date.
Can we play on Microsoft Teams instead of Zoom?
Yes. We host on Zoom by default and on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request. Music Bingo is Zoom only.
How far ahead should we book a global event?
Two weeks for hosted games, three to four weeks for kit events with international addresses, and four weeks if you want custom questions or branding.
How much does it cost?
Hosted games start from about $34 a person, priced as a package for your group. Kit workshops start from $45 a person plus a base fee; international shipping is an add-on. You see the full price before you book.
