How far in advance should we book our event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 7 days before your experience. If you need a faster turnaround, contact us! We’re happy to make it work. There’s no limit on how far in advance you can reserve your date.

What web-conferencing platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

Our virtual events are hosted on Zoom by default, but we’re happy to use your team’s preferred platform, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or WebEx. If you’d like to use a different platform, simply share the meeting link with your event manager after booking.

This event requires breakout room and chat functionality. If we’re using your link and co-hosting isn’t available, we’ll need your support to manage breakout rooms. Your event coordinator can schedule a quick tech check in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We also ask that someone be available to grant our host access a few minutes before the event begins for set up.

Question 3

I'm not sure how many people will attend. What headcount should I provide?

Accepted Answer

We understand it can be difficult to predict exact attendance for your event. Please provide your best estimate, based on factors such as past event attendance or whether this follows a mandatory meeting. We use this number to plan tech support and other resources.

While we can accommodate additional participants on the day, providing an accurate estimate helps us deliver the most seamless experience. If actual attendance significantly exceeds the original estimate, a follow-up invoice will be issued for the difference.

Can we adjust the length of the experience?

Yes, we can customize the length of most experiences to better fit your schedule. Please contact us to discuss options and receive an updated quote.

Question 5

Is this experience suitable for hybrid teams (in-office and remote participants)?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our hosts are experienced in leading events for hybrid groups. For the best experience, we recommend having a dedicated screen in the office where the group can see and hear the host, and ideally, where the host can see and hear the in-office participants. We suggest testing your setup with the event link beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can this event be customized?

Absolutely! We can customize your event to align with your team’s goals and preferences. This can be from creating new questions and incorporating your specific outcomes, to designing custom backgrounds and more.

Some customization requests may involve an additional cost, depending on the scope. Contact us with your ideas, and we’ll provide an updated quote and work with you to bring your vision to life.
