What Confetti's comparison page says about us

Confetti publishes a Confetti vs KraftyLab page. Here is each row of its table next to what our site shows today.

Confetti's page describes KraftyLab as a company that "specializes in kits" and marks us down on most rows. Kits are part of what we do: about a quarter of our virtual catalog ships a box to every participant. But most of our catalog is live-hosted games, workshops and talks with nothing to ship, and several rows of that table describe features we offer today.

Where Confetti is right: its catalog is larger than ours, and it sells self-guided toolkits and offers live chat, which we do not. Where it is out of date: pricing transparency, plans, branding, analytics and support channels.

Per person versus a package for 25

The biggest practical difference is how the price grows with your headcount.

Confetti prices most experiences per person. On its in-office collection, Classic Trivia, Coworker Clash and Jeoparty each list $20 a person, and wellness classes such as Deskercise list $15 a person. For a team of eight, per-person pricing is hard to beat, and Confetti's plans page says there are no minimums on pay as you go.

Most KraftyLab hosted games are one package for up to 25 people, so a team of 15 pays the same as a team of 25. That works out to about $34 a person at full size. Kit workshops are priced per person from $45 plus a base fee, with continental US shipping included; Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international addresses are add-ons. The cards below show today's live prices, and our plans page explains the free portal and enterprise billing.

The honest summary: on list price, Confetti's $20-a-person games cost less than our hosted game packages at every size up to 25. If price per head on a simple game is the deciding factor, book Confetti. Kit workshops are closer, so compare totals for your headcount with shipping included.

Catalog, support and enterprise

Confetti has the bigger virtual catalog. KraftyLab covers more of the year and adds a portal for whole companies.

Confetti's plans page counts 450+ live-hosted experiences plus 200+ self-guided toolkits; if you want a new virtual format every month for years, that depth is a real strength. Our 120+ are chosen to run well with a live host: game shows and trivia, murder mysteries and escape rooms, music bingo and 30+ kit workshops. What Confetti's table leaves out is the rest of the year: hosts on site for office parties in 17 US cities (in-person events), where Confetti's in-office collection is a remote host on screen, and corporate gifts shipped to every address. Confetti sells gifts too: gift boxes, gift cards, swag and donations.

Confetti's Classic Trivia listing runs on Zoom, and Confetti offers live chat and says it typically responds in under one business day. Our events run on Zoom by default, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request (Music Bingo is Zoom only). Reach us by phone, email or our contact page, or book a call; we do not offer live chat, so if that matters most, Confetti has it. Hosted games book two weeks ahead (sooner? ask us), kit events three weeks (three to four for international addresses) and custom questions or branding four weeks.

For whole organizations, Confetti's Pro upgrade adds multi-user insights, procurement-ready buying, budget management and refundable attendance on most experiences; customization and branding, international support and SSO are add-ons, the last at $1,000 a year. Confetti says it is SOC 2 Type II certified.

KraftyLab's enterprise program gives each company its own branded booking portal with a catalog you approve, SSO with Google and Microsoft, per-team monthly budgets, consolidated or PO invoicing on net 7 to 90 terms and a dedicated event planner. Every plan includes analytics, moments and a leaderboard; KraftyLab Intelligence adds post-event pulse surveys, priced per employee.
