Best for: one partner for hosted virtual games, kit workshops, in-person events and gifts
We are listing ourselves first, so judge us on specifics. Our catalog is smaller than Confetti's, and on list price our hosted game packages cost more than Confetti's $20-a-person games. What we add is range: Family Feud-style game shows, trivia, murder mysteries and music bingo online; hosts who walk into your office for in-person events in 17 US cities; and gift boxes shipped to every address. Big companies use our branded portal with per-team budgets, and every plan includes post-event analytics.
Best for: booking a well-reviewed hosted event online in a few minutes
The closest thing to Confetti in how it feels to buy: pick, set a headcount, check out. Its in-house "Originals" (Online Office Games, Virtual Holiday Party, Ultimate Game Show) sit alongside listed vendors, and the site says it charges vendor-direct prices with no markups. A good pick when you want lots of choice and a phone line. Read our KraftyLab vs teambuilding.com comparison.
Best for: app-led scavenger hunts, outdoors or in the office, and recurring monthly events
Let's Roam is built around its scavenger-hunt app, and that is its strength: teams walk a city route solving clues and photo challenges on their phones, with return-to-office and onboarding versions. If your team would rather be outside than on a call, start here. More in KraftyLab vs Let's Roam.
Best for: browsing many independent hosts, especially for in-person events in 40+ US cities
Elevent is a marketplace: independent hosts list events, set their own formats and talk to you directly through Elevent's portal, which also handles invites, a landing page and shipment tracking. The range is huge, especially in person, and it offers consolidated invoices and a Coupa integration. Quality and policies vary by host, so read each listing. See KraftyLab vs Elevent.
Best for: fully custom programs designed and run in-house, including corporate volunteering
TeamBonding says it has been running team building for 35 years and designs, produces and runs every event itself. Its pricing page is unusually open: virtual and hybrid events average $45 to $60 a person without shipping and $85 to $150 or more with shipping. Pick it for a bespoke, high-touch program rather than a quick catalog booking.
Best for: North American teams that want events and leadership training from one provider
Outback says more than 30,000 corporate groups have used it over 20 years. Beyond games and scavenger hunts, it sells facilitator-led training in communication, coaching and conflict resolution, which makes it a fit when a team day doubles as development. There are no public prices; you get a tailored recommendation and quote instead.
Best for: kit-based craft and food workshops, live or as recorded on-demand kits
If the part of Confetti you liked was the kits, TeamClass is built around them: ice cream, stained glass, resin coasters, tastings and more, each listing with shipping and the kit included in the per-person price. The on-demand kits work without an instructor, which suits client gifting.
Confetti is a strong default: a big virtual catalog, instant booking and low per-person prices on many games. These are the common reasons to look elsewhere.
