Virtual fitness class questions
How do virtual fitness classes for employees work?
Your team joins one video call and a professional instructor leads a live 60-minute workout. People follow along from home, the office or anywhere with a connection. Pick one of six styles: dance, HIIT, barre, upper-body strength, cardio kickboxing or a mind-body flow.
How much does a corporate fitness class cost?
Each class has one group price that covers everyone on the call. Beatz, Hiit Happens, Barre it All, Flex Appeal, Gloves Off and Body Art are $20 a person for a group of 25 ($479 flat). That works out to about $48 a person at 10 people and about $10 a person at 50. A 50% deposit holds the date.
Do employees need equipment or fitness experience?
None of the six class pages lists equipment, though Flex Appeal includes resistance training, so ask us what to have on hand. Most ask for comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in, and Barre it All and Beatz ask for space to move around. Beatz needs no dance background, and Hiit Happens offers modifications for every level.
Which class suits a group with mixed fitness levels?
Start with Beatz, which needs no dance background, or Body Art, which offers several intensity levels so everyone moves at their own pace. Hiit Happens has modifications from beginner to seasoned athlete. Tell people it's fine to skip any move that doesn't suit them.
Can we run a weekly class or a full fitness week?
Yes. Each class is booked as its own session, so a weekly slot or the five-day week on this page both work. A class also makes a good opener for a step or wellness challenge. For a year of sessions planned once, see our annual wellness program.
Does a team workout work for hybrid teams or teams across time zones?
Yes. For hybrid groups, put the office group in front of one screen where they can see and hear the instructor, and test the link beforehand. For a team split across time zones, book two sessions so everyone works out in their own day. Or run one virtual class for everyone.
Do the classes run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams?
Zoom by default, with a private link from us. Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex work on request: send your link after booking and have someone ready to let the instructor in a few minutes early.
How far ahead should we book, and what if plans change?
Book at least 14 days ahead; December dates fill first. A 50% deposit reserves the date. Rescheduling at least 2 days before the class is free; less than 2 days before, the fee is $200. Cancellation at any time: no refund.
