Virtual charcuterie class questions
How does a virtual charcuterie class work?
Every guest gets a charcuterie kit at home before the day, with the food and an acacia wood board. On the call, a live host walks the team through slicing, arranging and finishing a board, and the hour ends with a board reveal. It runs 60 minutes on Zoom by default, or Teams, Google Meet or Webex.
How much does a virtual charcuterie class cost per person?
Charcuterie Board Making is $109 a person plus a $379 base fee: $3,104 in total for 25 guests, about $125 a person. Kits and continental US shipping are included, and a 50% deposit holds the date.
What comes in a charcuterie board making kit for teams?
Wisconsin summer sausage, cheddar, flatbread crackers, pitted olives, crunchy edamame, dried pineapple, blackberry jam and an acacia wood board to keep. Guests add a knife and a cutting board. Items can vary slightly from the list.
Is there a vegetarian option, and what about allergies?
Yes. The class page offers a choice of meat or vegetarian options, so tell us what your guests need when you book. Ask us about any allergy or other dietary need at the same time.
Can charcuterie kits ship to remote employees outside the continental US?
Charcuterie Board Making ships within the continental US only, with shipping included. For guests in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada or abroad, ask us about a kit that ships to them. For mixed-location teams, see team building kits for where each kit ships.
How far ahead should we book a virtual charcuterie class?
Book at least 21 days ahead. Guests' addresses are due 14 days before the class, and kits are expected at least 3 days before it. For a December class, book in early November.
Can we run the charcuterie board workshop for a hybrid team?
Yes. Office guests build together in front of one room screen the host can see and hear, and remote guests join from home with their own kits. If the team spans time zones, book two sessions instead of one early or late call.
