Choose a workshop and reserve with an estimated headcount. A 50% deposit holds the date.

Collect addresses
Invite your guests and gather shipping addresses: 2 weeks before for US guests, 4 weeks before for anyone abroad.

Kits ship
Each guest's kit is packed and sent to their door, typically arriving at least 3 days early so there is time to fix any problem.

Make it together
Your instructor runs the live class on your video call. Everyone builds, tastes or plants along at the same pace.

Team building kit questions
What is a virtual team building kit?
A box of supplies shipped to each guest's own address, plus a live online class where an instructor walks everyone through making, tasting or growing something together. Most classes run about an hour on your usual video call.
How far ahead should we order team building kits?
Book at least 3 weeks ahead for US addresses; addresses are due 2 weeks before the event. With guests in Canada or abroad, addresses are due 4 weeks before, so book about 5 weeks out. Customizations need 4 weeks. Short on time? Ask us; expedited shipping fees may apply.
Do you ship team building kits internationally?
16 of our 30 kit workshops ship worldwide. Continental US shipping is included; Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, Canada and international addresses add a per-guest charge, shown on each kit's page and in the shipping table on this page. Some, like Card Decorating and Coaster Painting, ship only within the continental US. Kits leaving the US need addresses 4 weeks before the event. Our global shipping page explains customs and timing.
How much do team building kits cost?
Kit workshops run from $25 to $119 a person plus a $379 base fee, with the kit and the live class included. Shipping outside the continental US is extra per guest. You see the full price before you book, and a 50% deposit holds the date.
What if we don't know our final headcount yet?
Reserve with your best estimate. You confirm final numbers and addresses before the kits ship, and if you expect a lot more people than planned, tell us early so we can prepare.
Can the kits be customized or branded?
Yes. Kits can carry branded packaging, company swag, or a tailored theme and materials. Customizations need at least 4 weeks' notice, and we quote options to fit your budget.
Do kit workshops work for hybrid teams?
Yes. Ship kits to the office for the in-room group and to homes for everyone else. Put the instructor on a dedicated room screen the office can see and hear, ideally with a camera on the room, and test the link beforehand.
Can guests choose different kits?
Yes, for larger events. Guests pick from parallel activity tracks and come back together at the start and end. We have run a single 60-minute event for 1,000 registered employees across four parallel activity tracks; see multi-event programs.
