Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet

Run it on the tool your company already uses. What changes when the party is on your own Teams link:

  • Zoom is the default: the host sends a private link and runs the breakout rooms.
  • Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex work on request: you send your meeting link after booking.
  • On your link, someone on your side lets the host in a few minutes early and makes sure they can share their screen.
  • Games that use breakout rooms need a person on your side to open the rooms when the host asks, unless the host can co-host.
  • Music Bingo runs on Zoom only, so it's off the list for a Teams party.
  • Book a short tech check with your event manager the week before.

Can the party run on Microsoft Teams?
