Picking the evening

  • One office: start between 5 and 6 PM, before dinner plans.
  • Coast to coast: 4 PM Pacific is 7 PM Eastern.
  • Tuesday to Thursday works best. Friday evenings lose people.
  • Make it optional and say so in the invite. It is their evening.
  • Keep it to one hour, and end on time.

Hosted games need about 2 weeks. Add a kit in every home and it needs 3 weeks for US addresses, about 5 with guests outside the US.
