Winter team building questions

What are good winter team building activities for remote teams?

A hosted winter games session, a hot chocolate bomb class with kits sent to each person, or a winter trivia night all work on a video call. Pick the game session when you want the most talking between colleagues, and a kit class when you want everyone making something.

What happens in Winter Fun & Games?

A live host runs an hour of winter-themed games, challenges and trivia. Players start together in the main room, then compete in small teams in breakout rooms, and the teams change whenever the game changes.

Is it a holiday party?

No, it is themed on the season itself, so it works all through January and February. For an end-of-year party with holiday nods, book Holiday Fun & Games. Comfy Cozy Game Shows! lets you pick either a winter theme with no holidays mentioned or a holiday theme.

How big a group can join a winter games session?

Any size, from one small team to 1,000+ people. A large group simply splits into more breakout rooms, and your headcount tells us how much tech support to plan.

How much does a virtual winter games session cost?

Winter Fun & Games starts at $35 a person for a group of 25 ($875 package). Bigger groups add to that package, and prices include the host, taxes and fees. A 50% deposit holds your date.

How far ahead should we book?

At least 14 days ahead. For a kickoff on Mon, Jan 4, 2027, book by Mon, Dec 21, 2026. Need it sooner? Ask us and we will try.

Does it work for hybrid teams?

Yes. Put the host on a room screen the office can see and hear, ideally with a camera and mic on the room, and test the link before the day. Remote players join from their own laptops.

Which video platforms work?

Zoom by default; Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request. The session needs breakout rooms and chat, and your event coordinator can schedule a quick tech check first.
