The resin tray hour
- Drop cloth down, gloves on: both are in the kit.
- Measure and mix the two resin parts in the cups, following the host's shared screen.
- Arrange the pressed flowers in the resin in the silicone mold, then pop surface bubbles with the long-nose lighter.
- The host explains how the gold handles go on once the tray has cured.
Good to know
- Live hosted on Zoom by default; Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request. The resin class needs the host to share their screen.
- No craft experience needed: both classes are beginner-friendly.
- Hybrid team? Put the office group in front of one room screen the host can see and hear.
- Split across time zones? Book two sessions so everyone makes theirs in their own workday.
- Branded packaging or swag in the kit needs 4 weeks' notice.

Pressed flower workshop questions
How does a virtual pressed flower workshop work?
Every guest gets a kit at home before the day. On the call, a live instructor walks everyone through it step by step: choosing a layout, arranging the flowers and finishing the piece. It runs 60 minutes on Zoom by default, or Teams, Google Meet or Webex, and ends with everyone showing what they made.
How much does a pressed flower class cost per person?
Holiday Framed Pressed Flowers is $75 a person plus a $379 base fee: $2,254 in total for 25 guests, about $91 a person. Pressed Flower Resin Serving Tray is $75 a person, with the same base fee. Kits and continental US shipping are included, and a 50% deposit holds the date.
What's in each kit, and what do guests need at home?
The framed kit has three frames (rectangle, hexagon and octagon), pressed holiday flowers, tweezers, glue and a paint brush. The resin kit has a reusable silicone mold, resin, mixing cups and sticks, pressed flowers, gold handles, gloves, a drop cloth and a long-nose lighter. Guests need only a large open workspace and the video link.
Framed pressed flowers or a resin tray: which should we book?
Pick the framed flowers for a December party: the florals are festive and guests end up with three pieces to hang or give. Pick the resin tray for spring, Mother's Day or any time you want one keepsake people use at home. Both run 60 minutes with a live host, and the price table on this page shows both.
What comes with the virtual resin class kit, and how should guests set up?
The kit includes gloves and a drop cloth along with the mold, resin, mixing cups and sticks. Guests set up on a large open workspace, and the host shares their screen to show each step as everyone follows along.
Do the kits ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or outside North America?
Holiday Framed Pressed Flowers and Pressed Flower Resin Serving Tray ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii & US territories and Canada: continental US shipping is included; Alaska, Hawaii & US territories +$75 a guest, Canada +$60 a guest. Tell us where your guests are when you book, and we confirm delivery to each address before the kits ship.
How far ahead should we book a pressed flower workshop?
Book at least 16 days ahead. Addresses are due 14 days before the class, so share the address form early. With guests outside the US, book about 5 weeks out. December dates fill first: for a December party, book by mid-November.
Can we run it for Mother's Day or as a holiday gift?
Yes. In the US, Mother's Day falls on the second Sunday in May, so a resin tray class the week before suits it, and the framed holiday flowers fit any December party. Every guest keeps what they make. For more ideas, see our Mother's Day team building ideas.
