Virtual family holiday party for employees and kids
A virtual family holiday party is one hour on video, often a weekend morning, where employees and their kids decorate cookies or a gingerbread house from a kit shipped home, or watch a live magic show. A live host runs it at a pace kids can follow.

One kit per household, or one per person?
Kit classes are a base fee plus a price per kit, and each kit ships to a home. You decide what counts as one.
Per household
One kit per employee and the family shares it. Lowest cost; works best for gingerbread and origami.
Per person
A kit for each child who wants their own. No waiting for a turn; works best for cookies and cocoa bombs.
Totals at 10, 25 and 50 kits
From live prices, continental US shipping included. Each guest on the headcount gets one kit, so count households or kids, whichever you chose.

Family holiday party questions
What is a virtual family holiday party?
A one-hour company holiday party on video for employees and their kids, usually on a weekend morning. Each family decorates cookies or a gingerbread house, makes hot chocolate bombs or folds origami from a kit shipped home, or watches a live magic show, and a live host runs it.
What are family friendly holiday party ideas for work?
A cookie or gingerbread house decorating class, a hot chocolate bomb class, origami, a live magic show or a festive puzzle game. Pick one, keep it to an hour, and hold it on a weekend morning or after school. For an in-person family day, see our family day ideas.
How do we plan a company holiday party for kids?
Pick a date and one activity, then send an RSVP that asks how many kids are coming and their ages. For a kit class, book 21 days ahead and send home addresses 14 days before. On the day, a live host runs the hour; you say hello and goodbye.
Is it one kit per household or one per person?
You choose. Kit classes are priced per kit. A cookie kit holds three cookies, a gingerbread kit one house, a cocoa bomb kit makes five bombs, and an origami kit has paper for five designs. Count one kit per household and the family shares it, or one per child so nobody waits for a turn.
What ages are these activities for?
None of the product pages sets a minimum age; tell us the kids' ages when you book. The hot chocolate bomb class melts chocolate in a microwave or on the stove, so a grown-up handles that. Ask us about allergies when you book.
How much does a virtual family holiday party cost?
Kit classes are a base fee plus a price per kit. Cookie Decorating comes to $2,179 in total for 25 kits, about $88 a kit. Continental US shipping is included. The magic show and the elf game are a package price for the group, shown on their cards. A 50% deposit holds the date, and you can pay by card or invoice.
When should we book for December 2026?
For a kit class on Saturday, December 5, 2026, book by Sat, Nov 14 with every family in the US. With families in Canada or abroad, allow about 5 weeks. A magic show or game with no kit needs about 2 weeks.
Can families outside the continental US join?
Yes. Anyone can join the call from anywhere. Kits ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, Canada and international addresses for a per-kit shipping charge shown on each class page, and those addresses are due 4 weeks before. The magic show and the elf game ship nothing.
