  • Kits, per guest. Kit workshops add a price for every box shipped, so the total grows with each person.
  • Where kits ship. Continental US shipping is included; other regions add a charge per guest, shown below.
  • Customization. Custom questions or branded kits take about 4 weeks of lead time; ask for a quote.
  • Length. Most of our events run about 60 minutes with a live host; a few classes run 45.
  • How many sessions. Teams across time zones can book two sessions; each one is priced as its own event.

Virtual team building cost FAQ

What is the cost of virtual team building per person?

At KraftyLab, most hosted games are one package of $850 to $975 for up to 25 guests, about $34 to $39 a person. Kit workshops cost more because every guest gets a box of supplies: a price per person plus one base fee, with continental US shipping included. Each activity page shows the total for your headcount.

What does a virtual team building event cost for 50 people?

For a hosted game, the package covers the first 25 guests and each extra block of 25 adds a set price, so 50 people usually cost far less per person than 10. For a kit workshop, multiply the per-person price by 50 and add the base fee. The table on this page shows live totals for 10, 25 and 50 guests.

Why do kit workshops cost more than hosted games?

A kit workshop ships a box of ingredients or craft supplies to every guest before the event, so you pay for each kit as well as the instructor. A hosted game needs only the host and the game, so one package covers the whole group.

Does shipping cost extra for remote employees outside the US?

Continental US shipping is included in our kit prices. Kits that ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, Canada or international addresses add a per-guest charge, and some kits, like wine, ship within the continental US only. Each kit page lists where it ships.

Which team building companies list their virtual prices online?

KraftyLab shows the live total for your headcount on every activity page. Confetti, teambuilding.com, Elevent, Let's Roam and Wildgoose list per-person prices; The Go Game, TeamBonding and Outback Team Building publish starting prices and then quote.

Is virtual team building cheaper than an in-person event?

Usually, because there is no venue, travel or catering to pay for. A hosted virtual game is one package for the group, while an in-person party adds the room and the food on top of the activity.

How far ahead should we book virtual team building?

About 2 weeks for hosted games and 3 weeks for kit workshops. With guests in Canada or abroad, book about 5 weeks ahead, and allow 4 weeks for custom questions or branded kits.

How do we pay for a virtual team event?

Reserve online with a 50% deposit by card, or ask for an invoice or PO. Enterprise customers can use monthly invoicing.
