A remote team rarely shares a room. In a kit workshop, a kit ships to every home and a live host leads about an hour online, so the gift is something everyone does at the same time.

Each card shows the live price: a base fee plus a price per guest. Continental US shipping is included; where an activity ships to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories or abroad, those addresses add a per-kit charge. Book about 3 weeks ahead for US guests, or about 5 weeks with guests in Canada or abroad. How to collect home addresses

The address list is the slowest part of any remote gift. Start it the week you decide on the gift.

Ask each person, even if HR has an address. People move, work from a parent's home in December or want parcels at the office.
Use a short form with a deadline. Name, full address with the apartment number, and any allergies. Give one week.
Tell them it's a gift. "A small gift from the team" gets more replies than "please confirm your address."
Let people skip it. Offer an office delivery or a different gift for anyone who'd rather not share a home address.
Split the list by country. International addresses can take longer and add a regional shipping charge.
Keep the list private. Share it only with whoever ships the gifts, and delete it when they've arrived.

Pick an activity and a date and reserve with a 50% deposit. Invite your guests and collect their addresses, a kit ships to each one, and on the day a live host runs about an hour on Zoom by default (Teams, Meet or Webex on request). Continental US shipping is included; other regions, where an activity ships, add a per-kit charge.

Is there a minimum order?

Gifts can be ordered online from our partner store. For a long list or anything branded, minimums are typically 10 units per product, and larger orders get tiered volume pricing in your quote.

What about allergies?

Every gift on this page is chocolate. Ask about allergies in your address form, check each product's ingredient details, and ask us for an alternative for anyone who can't have it.
