Shipped to every home, not one office

Distributed shipping is the default, not an add-on. Regional charges and timing depend on the destination list.

  1. Pick one gift or a few tiers. One gift for everyone keeps it fair. Add a second tier for managers or clients if you need one.

  2. Send the recipient list. A spreadsheet with names and addresses: homes, offices, or a mix. US and international addresses both work.

  3. Approve the note and branding. Your message on the card, plus logo ribbon, branded inserts or gift tags if you want them.

  4. Each gift ships on its own. Packed and sent to every address individually, so nobody has to forward or hand anything out.

Holiday card notes you can copy

“Happy holidays” and “season’s greetings” include everyone on the list. Thank people for something specific and keep it to two sentences.

  • Thank you for everything you brought to this year. Enjoy a sweet break. Happy holidays from all of us.
  • Wishing you a restful season and a bright new year. We could not have done 2026 without you.
  • To a year of shipping, fixing and figuring it out together. Here is to the next one. Season's greetings!

Client gifts that don't feel like marketing

The same gifts work for clients. A few things change.

  • Check their gift policy first.

Many companies, and most public agencies, limit what employees may accept. When in doubt, choose a smaller tier or send one shared gift to the office.

  • Send it to a person, not a building.

With hybrid schedules, office deliveries can sit in a mailroom for weeks. Ask your client contacts where they'd like it to go.

  • Write the note yourself.

A two-line note that names a project you did together beats any logo. Keep the branding on the ribbon, not in the message.

  • Aim for early December or the new year.

Gifts that land before the last-week rush get noticed. A New Year gift that arrives the first week back is a smart way to stand out.

Corporate holiday gift questions

When should we order corporate holiday gifts for December delivery?

For 100 or more gifts, or anything with custom branding, order 4 to 6 weeks before the delivery date. For gifts that should arrive by Friday, December 18, 2026, that means ordering between November 6 and November 20. Smaller unbranded orders need about 2 to 3 weeks.

How much should a company spend on employee holiday gifts?

There is no standard amount. Most companies pick one tier for everyone so nobody compares gifts, then add a larger tier for clients or leadership. Our gift boxes run from $22 to $192 and the chocolate collections from $32 to $432, so you can match almost any budget.

Can you ship holiday gifts to remote employees at home?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of recipient addresses and each gift is packed and shipped individually to its own address, in the US and internationally. Timing and regional shipping charges depend on the destination list.

Can we add a holiday note or our logo?

Yes. Personalized messages, logo-printed ribbon, branded packaging inserts and custom gift tags are available. Custom branding needs the longer 4 to 6 week lead time.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums are typically 10 units per product. Custom branding or packaging can raise the minimum, and larger orders qualify for tiered volume pricing in your quote.

What about allergies or dietary restrictions?

Every gift on this page is chocolate. Check each product's ingredient details before you order, and ask us about an alternative for anyone who can't have it, so nobody on the list is left out.

Can we pair the gifts with a virtual holiday party?

Yes. Many teams send the gift the same week as a hosted virtual holiday party. Hosted games start from about $34 a person, and kit workshops such as Hot Chocolate Bomb ship a kit to every guest, so the party itself feels like a present.
