Office gifts

Office gifts for the whole office and for each person on staff

Office gifts come in two kinds: one big box or tower the whole office shares, or one gift at every desk. Real chocolate gifts from $22, with 2026 holiday order-by dates.

Office gifts the whole office can share

One gift set out in the kitchen or at the front desk, opened together. Real prices, before shipping and branding.

How many office gifts to order

Most offices undercount. Five steps to a list that leaves nobody out.

  1. Count people, not desks. Everyone who works from the office at least weekly, including part-time staff and on-site contractors.

  2. Add the people the office leans on. Reception, cleaning, security and mailroom staff you see every day, even if another company employs them.

  3. Add remote people who belong to the office. Ship their gift to their home in the same week, so they aren't the only ones who missed it.

  4. Shared gifts: one per break room. Plus one for a second shift or a satellite office, so the night team doesn't find an empty box.

  5. Order two or three spares. For late hires and anyone you missed. Minimums are typically 10 units per product.

When to send office gifts

The dates offices plan around, with order-by timing for the 2026 holidays.

  • Thanksgiving week: Thursday, November 26, 2026.

A shared box on Monday of the short week, with a note about the year so far.

  • Before the holiday break: Friday, December 18, 2026.

For 100 or more gifts or anything branded, order between Friday, November 6 and Friday, November 20, 2026. Smaller unbranded orders: by Friday, December 4, 2026.

  • First day back: Monday, January 4, 2027.

A shared tower in the kitchen makes the first Monday of the year easier.

  • Employee Appreciation Day: Friday, March 5, 2027.

The first Friday in March. One gift for every desk, signed by the leadership team.

  • Administrative Professionals Day: Wednesday, April 21, 2027.

For everyone in an admin role. Aim for the gift to arrive by Monday, April 19.

  • Any week: an office move, an opening or a project wrap.

Shared gifts work best for moments the whole office went through together.

Or give the office an event

For a holiday or a big year, an hour together with a live host can be the gift.

At your office, hosts run Feud Night, Music Bingo and live trivia in 17 US cities, with Feud Night from $1,750 for up to 50 guests. Painting workshops run in all 30 cities on our in-person events page. Hybrid office? These run on one call for the room and everyone at home:

Hosted games book about 2 weeks ahead. Kit workshops include continental US shipping; book about 3 weeks ahead for US addresses, or about 5 weeks with guests in Canada or abroad. More in virtual holiday parties.

Office gift etiquette

Fair, simple and nobody left out.

  • Same role, same gift.

Two people at the same desk job with different gifts will compare. Pick one tier per group.

  • Gifts flow down.

Managers give to their teams. If the team wants to thank the boss, make it one group gift with an optional, private chip-in.

  • Label the shared box.

Put a card on it that says who it's for and when to open it, or the first person in will think it's theirs.

  • Don't forget remote staff.

If they belong to the office, they get a gift too, shipped to their home.

  • Keep the logo subtle.

A logo on the ribbon or a card reads as a gift. A logo on the product reads as swag.

  • Check for allergies.

Our gifts are chocolate. Check the ingredient details and ask us for an alternative for anyone who can't have it.

Office gift questions

What are good office gifts?

Something the whole office can enjoy right away: a chocolate tower or large gift box set out in the break room, or a small gift box at every desk. Add a card that says what the office did this year. Skip anything that needs a size or a color guess.

Should we give one shared gift or a gift for each person?

Shared gifts suit moments the whole office went through together, like a move, a busy season or the first day back. Individual gifts suit the holidays and recognition days, when each person should feel thanked. Many offices do both: one gift per desk and a shared tower for the kitchen.

How much should we spend on office gifts?

Under $40 a person covers one gift at every desk. $40 to $100 buys a shared tower or box for a team, or a gift of their own for the people you work with most. Our gifts run from $22 to $432. Use one tier per group so nobody compares.

When should we order office gifts for the 2026 holidays?

For gifts that arrive by Friday, December 18, 2026, order between November 6 and November 20 for 100 or more gifts or anything branded. Smaller unbranded orders need about 2 to 3 weeks, so order by December 4.

How many office gifts should we order?

Count everyone who works from the office at least weekly, plus reception, cleaning, security and mailroom staff, and remote people who belong to the office. For shared gifts, plan one per break room. Add two or three spares. Minimums are typically 10 units per product.

What is a good gift for the IT team at the office?

One shared gift for the whole help desk, like a chocolate tower, with a card listing a few fixes people were grateful for this year. IT teams hear about what broke far more often than what worked, so the card matters.

Can you ship office gifts to remote staff at home?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and each gift is packed and shipped individually, in the US and internationally, with your note inside. Timing and regional shipping charges depend on the destination list.

Can a hosted event be the office gift?

Yes. Hosts run Feud Night, Music Bingo and live trivia at your office in 17 US cities, and painting workshops in all 30 cities on our in-person page. Hybrid offices can book a hosted virtual game or a kit workshop that ships the supplies to every guest.
