10 Best Corporate Team Building Companies (2026 Guide)

Who each corporate team building company suits, whether it comes to your office, how it prices, and its strengths.

Quick picks

Team building companies come in three shapes: companies that send their own hosts to your office or venue, marketplaces that list events from many local providers, and specialists in one format, like scavenger hunts or charity builds. This list covers in-person and hybrid events first; for remote teams, see our guide to virtual team building companies.

How we checked: KraftyLab is our company and our pick for most teams. Every price, format and policy for the other companies comes from their own websites, read on October 5 and 6, 2026. Prices change; confirm on their site before you book.

How to choose a corporate team building company

Six questions settle most decisions. Ask every company the same ones.

  1. Do they come to you? Some companies run events at your office or venue; others need you to travel to theirs. Ask before you book a room.

  2. Do they cover your city? National coverage claims vary. Ask for a host who has worked in your city recently.

  3. Who shows up on the day? The company's own facilitators, or a third-party provider from a marketplace listing.

  4. What do you need to provide? Room, tables, a screen, power, Wi-Fi. Get the list in writing so nothing is missing on the day.

  5. Can remote people join? If part of the team is remote, ask for a hybrid version where they play, not just watch.

  6. How is it priced? Group package, per person, or quote only. Packages handle late RSVPs best.

Our take

For most companies we’d pick KraftyLab. One team hosts the game at your office, runs the same event for remote colleagues, ships kits and sends gifts, so the whole year sits with one planner. The marketplaces list more events, but who shows up and on what terms depends on the listing; the specialists go deep on one format.

Whoever you pick, ask the six questions above, get the price in writing and book two to three weeks out. Want to see what we’d plan for you? Get a free quote with your date, headcount and city, and you get a full event plan and price within 24 hours.

Questions buyers ask

What is the best team building company?

For most companies, KraftyLab: the same company hosts in-person games at your office in 17 US cities, runs 120+ virtual events and sends corporate gifts, so remote and in-office people get the same event and one planner covers the year.

What does a corporate team building company do?

It plans and runs a group activity for your team: a hosted game, a workshop, a scavenger hunt or a charity build. The good ones bring the host and every supply, handle setup and cleanup, and adapt the event to your group size and goals.

How much does corporate team building cost?

At KraftyLab, in-person game shows, trivia and music bingo start at $1,750 for up to 50 guests, about $35 a person, and most virtual games are about $34 to $39 a person. Among the others, published virtual starting prices run from about $11 to $35 a person, and in-person events are usually quoted.

Do team building companies come to your office?

Many do. KraftyLab hosts in-person games at your office or venue in 17 US cities. Elevent says many of its hosts travel to you, Let's Roam runs on-site hunts, and Best Corporate Events and Outback deliver across North America.

Can team building companies run hybrid events?

Yes. The simplest hybrid events give remote people their own teams in the same game. KraftyLab runs trivia and game shows where office tables play remote teams, and ships kit workshops to the office and to homes.

How far ahead should we book a team building company?

Two weeks is a safe minimum for hosted games and three weeks for kit workshops, longer for custom content or a busy December. At KraftyLab, branded or custom questions need about four weeks.

How did you choose and check these companies?

We picked companies that run team building for corporate groups in person, and most also virtually. Every competitor fact comes from the company's own website, read on October 5 and 6, 2026. KraftyLab is our own company and our pick for most teams. Prices change, so confirm on their site before you book.
