Executive gifts for CEOs, leaders and board members
A good executive gift is one generous thing, the same for every peer, with a short note from your CEO, sent where they will open it. Ours run $108 to $432: large chocolate boxes and collections.
Who gets an executive gift
Three groups, each with its own rules. One real gift for each.
Your own executives
The CEO's leadership team at year end, or one leader after a big year, with a note from the CEO.
Check: Same gift for every peer, so nobody compares. Ask payroll how they treat it.
A client's executives
The sponsor or decision maker at a key account, from your CEO or the person who owns the relationship.
Check: Ask their assistant about gift limits first, and never send during an open bid.
Your board
Each director after the last board meeting of the year, or the chair at the end of a term.
Check: Same gift for every director, sent from the CEO or the chair, checked with your general counsel.
A team chipping in for its own manager is a different gift, smaller and from everyone: Boss's Day gifts.
The top of our catalog: $108 to $432
7 chocolate gift boxes and collections over $100. Real prices per gift, before shipping and branding.
$100 to $200: the leadership team and a client's executives
Large boxes and collections, one per person, for each member of a leadership team or the sponsor at a key account.
$200 and up: the CEO, the board and top accounts
The biggest collections, for a board chair, each director, or the one client relationship that carried the year.
- For a leadership team to share: Hampton Duo Tower, $82. More around that price in corporate gifts under $100.
- Every gift is chocolate. Ask the assistant about allergies and diets before you send.
Every gift opens our partner store, where you can order online. Sending to a long list or adding your logo? Get a free quote with volume pricing instead.
When to send an executive gift
The five moments that come up most, and when to order.
| Moment | When to send | More |
|---|---|---|
| Year-end holidays | Arrive by Fri, Dec 18, 2026: order branded gifts by Fri, Nov 20, unbranded by Fri, Dec 4. | Holiday gifts |
| A board meeting | Order 2 to 3 weeks before the meeting, or 4 to 6 weeks with your logo. Have them at the meeting, or ship to each director's home. | |
| A deal closes or renews | Send the week it signs, never while a bid or negotiation is open. | Closing gifts |
| A retirement | Arrive the week of the last day, with a note from the CEO and the board. | Retirement gifts |
| A new executive starts | Arrive in the first week, at home before day one or on the desk. | New hire gifts |
A note from the CEO, and your logo
Executives keep the note longer than the box. Send us the message and it goes inside each gift.
Notes to copy
One for a leader, one for a client executive, one for a director.

Branding
- Printed packaging, branded ribbon and inserts where the gift allows.
- Keep the logo on the ribbon or an insert, not the gift.
- Branding needs 4 to 6 weeks and can raise the minimum order.
Options are on custom logo gifts.
Gift policy and client limits
Executive gifts cost more, so they hit more rules. General information, not legal or tax advice.
Your own gift policy
Many companies cap gifts to clients or need approval above a set amount. Check with your compliance or ethics office.
The recipient's limits
A client's executives may have to decline or log gifts above their company's limit. Ask their assistant before you send.
Public sector and regulated clients
Government employees work under strict gift rules, and many regulated industries set their own.
Gifts to your own executives
IRS Publication 15-B (2026) says any fringe benefit is taxable pay unless the law excludes it. Ask payroll how a $200 gift is treated.
Federal gift limits and client etiquette are on client gifts, and the IRS $25 rule for business gifts is on corporate gifts under $25. Read Publication 15-B.
Office or home: where to send it
Decide per person with their assistant.
To the office
- Easy to arrange: the assistant receives it and puts it on the desk.
- Executives travel, so check they are in that week.
- A tower for the whole leadership team to share goes here.
To the home
- More personal, and opened with family over the holidays.
- Ask the assistant or chief of staff for the address, never the executive.
- For directors, ask whoever sends the board materials.
Each gift ships to its own address, in the US and internationally, with shipping quoted for your list.

Executive gift questions
What are good executive gifts?
One generous gift, the same for every peer, with a short note from the CEO that names something the person did. Ours over $100 run from the Quogue Luxury Gift Box (Large) at $108 to the Chocolate Connoisseur at $432, before shipping.
How much should you spend on an executive gift?
There is no standard amount. A simple way to set it: $100 to $200 a person for a leadership team or a client's executives, and $200 or more for a board chair or a top account. Check your own gift policy and the recipient's limits first.
What do you give a CEO?
Something to share at home or with their team, not another branded item, with a note from the person who owns the relationship. If the CEO is a client, ask their assistant about gift limits before you send.
What are good gifts for board members?
The same gift for every director, sent after the last board meeting of the year with a note from the CEO or the chair. Check with your general counsel or compliance office before you send.
Can the gift include a note from our CEO?
Yes. Send us the message and it goes inside each gift. Printed packaging, branded ribbon and inserts are available where the gift allows; branding needs 4 to 6 weeks and can raise the minimum order.
Should we ship executive gifts to the office or home?
Home is more personal and gets opened over the holidays; the office is easier and suits a gift the leadership team shares. Ask the assistant or chief of staff for the address, never the executive.
Does the price include shipping?
No. Prices on this page are per gift, before shipping and branding. Shipping depends on how many addresses and where they are, so it is quoted for your list.
How far ahead should we order executive gifts?
About 2 to 3 weeks for a small unbranded order, and 4 to 6 weeks for anything branded. For arrival by Friday, December 18, 2026, order branded gifts by Friday, November 20 and unbranded ones by Friday, December 4.

Executive gifts, sent for you
