Leadership runs a short all-hands in another room while the host sets out easels, canvas boards, aprons and paints. You provide water access and trash cans.

Downtown garages near K Street fill on evenings when the arena hosts a game or a concert, and guests from Roseville or Folsom who rarely park downtown will need directions. Tell them which garage to use or arrange validation, and an afternoon party is over before event traffic starts.

Our hosts travel to offices and venues in the Sacramento area. Send the address with your date and we confirm coverage for addresses outside the city, like Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova or Elk Grove, when we send your plan.
Yes. The host sets up in the party room while your meeting runs, so people walk from the all-hands straight to an easel. Tell us when the meeting ends and where the party will be. If the meeting and the party share one room, leave time between them for the host to set out easels and canvases.
