Our standard lead times: 3 weeks for painting, 4 for custom branding.
A Wednesday, 1:00 to 3:00 pm, 25 guests. Food cart lunch first, then paint: the team eats at noon, the party starts on clean tables at 1, and the canvases stay at the office overnight instead of riding MAX in the rain.

While the team gets lunch from the food carts nearby, the host sets watercolor paper, paints and brushes at every seat and stands easels by the wall. You provide water access and trash cans.

Whether your team sits Downtown, in the Pearl, across the river in the Lloyd District or out west in Beaverton and Hillsboro, these are the Portland details that shape a December party.
Portland doesn't cancel for December rain. The real risk is a rare ice storm or snow, which can close roads and stop MAX trains for a day or more. If ice is in the forecast, decide the evening before, and keep a second date in the same week on hold.
Many people ride MAX or TriMet buses into Downtown and the Lloyd District, or bike over the Willamette bridges. A midday party lets them make their usual trip home in daylight, before the sun sets around 4:30.
Plenty of Portland companies have people in Beaverton and Hillsboro along US 26, or across the river in Vancouver, and both the Sunset Highway and the I‑5 bridge crawl at rush hour. Host where most people sit. The MAX Blue Line runs from Hillsboro to Downtown, which helps the west side ride in.
People arrive with wet coats and umbrellas, and painting needs water access too. Set up near a sink if you can, leave a bin by the door for umbrellas, and ask your building whether carpeted rooms need a floor cover.

Our hosts travel to offices and venues in the Portland area. Send the address with your date and we confirm coverage for addresses outside the city, like Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego or Vancouver, when we send your plan.
Yes. In this plan the team eats at noon, from the food carts near the office or from home, and the painting starts at 1 on clean tables. If you would rather eat during the party, keep food and cups to one side of each seat, away from the paint water.
