A Thursday, 5:30 to 7:30 pm, 60 guests. Built for a weeknight in the office: people trickle in from meetings, and most of the room has a train to catch.

    Host sets up

Screen, sound and bingo cards go out while the food lands. Setup and cleanup are on us.

  2. 5:30 pm

    Music Bingo

It forgives late arrivals: anyone walking in at 5:50 grabs a card and a drink and is playing within a song.

  3. 6:30 pm

    Five-minute toast

The one moment for thank-yous from leadership, while the host resets the screen.

  4. 6:35 pm

    Feud Night

Now the whole room is there, tables become teams and captains lock in answers by QR code.

  5. 7:35 pm

    Champions, then home

Out in time for Penn Station, Grand Central and the PATH without anyone leaving early.

At 60 guests: Music Bingo $2,200 + Feud Night $2,200 = $4,400 at list prices.

Planning a December party in New York City

Whether your office is in Midtown, FiDi or Long Island City, these are the local details that shape a good December party.

  1. Pick an in-office day

Plenty of NYC teams are in the office Tuesday to Thursday. A party on one of those days gets the turnout a Friday rarely does.

  2. End before the trains thin out

Many guests ride the LIRR, Metro-North, NJ Transit or the PATH. A 5:30 start and a 7:30 finish lets them make a normal train.

  3. Midtown in December

Tree-lighting season and holiday windows crowd Midtown sidewalks. Keeping the party in your own office saves a cold cross-town walk to a venue.

  4. Ask your building first

Many Manhattan buildings have rules for outside vendors, such as insurance paperwork, a freight elevator slot or after-hours access. Get them from building management and send them with your booking.

New York City holiday party questions

How much does office holiday party entertainment cost in New York City?

Feud Night, Music Bingo, Team Trivia and Blitz-Speed Trivia are $1,750 for up to 50 guests, plus $450 for each additional 50. Canvas Painting is $55 a person plus a $750 base fee. Watercolor Card Decorating is $52 a person plus a $750 base fee. That covers the host, the game and, for the painting formats, every supply. Food, drinks and the room are yours to arrange.

How far ahead should we book a December holiday party in New York City?

Book hosted games at least 2 weeks ahead and painting workshops at least 3 weeks ahead; branding or custom questions need 4 weeks. For Thursday, Dec 17, that means booking games by Dec 3 and painting by Nov 26. If your date is sooner than that, ask us; we confirm what we can run in your plan.

Can you run the party inside a Manhattan office building?

Yes. Our formats are built for conference rooms, pantries and open floors. Send your building's vendor rules with your booking so check-in and setup go smoothly on the day.

Do you come to offices in Brooklyn, Queens or New Jersey?

Our hosts travel to offices and venues across New York City. Send the address with your date and we confirm coverage when we send your plan, including addresses outside the five boroughs.

What do we need to provide for a party at our office?

A room with tables and chairs, a TV or projector with an HDMI cable for the games, and phones to scan a QR code. The painting formats also need water access and trash cans. We bring the host, the game, the scoring and, for painting, every supply, and we handle setup and cleanup.

What if more people show up than we planned for?

Give us your best headcount estimate; we use it to plan hosts and support. We can take extra guests on the day, and if attendance is well over your estimate we invoice the difference.

Can remote employees join the party?

The in-person formats are built for people in the room. For remote staff, book a virtual holiday party on Zoom (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request) on another day, or run one for the whole company.

Can we add holiday gifts for the team?

Yes. Pair the party with corporate holiday gifts shipped to each person, which also covers anyone who can't make it to the office that day.
