The host sets up easels, canvas boards and aprons, and clears a long table along one wall for the finished canvases. You provide water access and trash cans.

The host guides the whole room through one acrylic painting on 12 x 16 inch canvas boards. Same scene, 45 versions, and no two come out alike.

Paintings go up in a row on the drying table and someone takes the team photo, while the seats switch to watercolor paper.

December in Tampa is dry and mild, so a Riverwalk stroll or a patio lunch sounds better than a conference room. Do that after: acrylic in direct sun dries too fast to blend, and the host wants a sink a few steps away, not across a parking lot.

Our hosts travel to offices and venues in the Tampa Bay area. Send the address with your date and we confirm coverage for addresses outside the city, like St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon or Wesley Chapel, when we send your plan.
Yes. Canvas Painting is guided, so the host walks the whole room through one painting together, step by step. Everyone starts from the same scene and every canvas still comes out a little different, which makes a good team photo when you line them up at the end.
