A sample two-hour party in Atlanta

A Wednesday, 1:30 to 3:30 pm, 40 guests. An early-afternoon party: the loud game comes first while lunch energy is high, the calm one second, and drivers are on the road before the afternoon rush builds.

  1. Before 1:30

    Screen up, paper waiting

The host connects to your TV or projector and stacks watercolor paper, paints and aprons on a side table. You provide water access and a few trash cans.

  2. 1:30 pm

    Feud Night

The host reads survey questions and every table answers at once by QR code. If you have people from inside and outside the Perimeter, split them across tables: the game works best when a team has to agree with people it rarely sees.

  3. 2:30 pm

    Phones down, brushes out

Five minutes to crown the Feud winners and put paper and paints at every seat.

  4. 2:35 pm

    Watercolor Card Decorating

The room quiets down. The host walks everyone through the techniques for a set of four cards, no art skills needed.

  5. 3:35 pm

Sign one, then hit the road

Everyone signs a card for a teammate. Drivers are heading up GA‑400 or around 285 before the evening rush settles in.

At 40 guests: Feud Night $1,750 + Watercolor Card Decorating $2,830 = $4,580 at list prices.

Planning a December party in Atlanta

Whether your team sits in Midtown, Buckhead, Perimeter Center or out in Alpharetta, these are the Atlanta details that shape a December party.

  1. Finish before the afternoon rush

Atlanta's evening rush on the Downtown Connector, I‑285 and GA‑400 starts building well before 5. A party that ends around 3:30 lets people who drive in from the suburbs get home on an ordinary commute.

  2. Have an ice-day plan

Atlanta Decembers are usually mild, but a rare round of ice or snow can close schools and tangle roads across the metro. Agree who makes the call, and pick a fallback date before invites go out.

  3. ITP, OTP and MARTA

If your people come from offices both inside and outside the Perimeter, host at the one closest to the middle. MARTA's Red Line links Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead with Perimeter Center, so an office near a station is easier for anyone who rides.

  4. Buckhead gets busy in December

Holiday shoppers crowd Peachtree Road and Lenox Road around Buckhead's malls on December afternoons. If your office is nearby, tell guests from other offices to leave extra time.

Atlanta holiday party questions

How much does office holiday party entertainment cost in Atlanta?

Feud Night, Music Bingo, Team Trivia and Blitz-Speed Trivia are $1,750 for up to 50 guests, plus $450 for each additional 50. Canvas Painting is $55 a person plus a $750 base fee. Watercolor Card Decorating is $52 a person plus a $750 base fee. That covers the host, the game and, for the painting formats, every supply. Food, drinks and the room are yours to arrange.

How far ahead should we book a December holiday party in Atlanta?

Book hosted games at least 2 weeks ahead and painting workshops at least 3 weeks ahead; branding or custom questions need 4 weeks. For Thursday, Dec 17, that means booking games by Dec 3 and painting by Nov 26. If your date is sooner than that, ask us; we confirm what we can run in your plan.

Do you come to offices outside the Perimeter, like Alpharetta, Cumberland or Peachtree Corners?

Our hosts travel to offices and venues in the Atlanta area. Send the address with your date and we confirm coverage for addresses outside the city when we send your plan.

We have offices inside and outside the Perimeter. Where should the Atlanta party be?

Pick the office the most people can reach without crossing the metro at rush hour, which is often the one closer to the middle. An office near a MARTA Red Line station, from Downtown and Midtown up to Buckhead and Perimeter Center, also lets people ride instead of drive. An early-afternoon party like the one above keeps the drive back to the other office out of the evening rush.

What do we need to provide for a party at our office?

A room with tables and chairs, a TV or projector with an HDMI cable for the games, and phones to scan a QR code. The painting formats also need water access and trash cans. We bring the host, the game, the scoring and, for painting, every supply, and we handle setup and cleanup.

What if more people show up than we planned for?

Give us your best headcount estimate; we use it to plan hosts and support. We can take extra guests on the day, and if attendance is well over your estimate we invoice the difference.

Can remote employees join the party?

The in-person formats are built for people in the room. For remote staff, book a virtual holiday party on Zoom (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request) on another day, or run one for the whole company.

Can we add holiday gifts for the team?

Yes. Pair the party with corporate holiday gifts shipped to each person, which also covers anyone who can't make it to the office that day.
