80 spring would you rather questions for work
Spring would you rather questions give your team two springtime choices, and everyone picks a side. Here are 80 work-safe ones for March through May, with no holiday needed. Tap the picker to put one on a shared screen.
Spring weatherWould you rather have a week of warm rain or a week of bright sun that stays chilly?

How to play spring would you rather
Read one question, everyone votes at once, and one person from each side gets 15 seconds to defend their pick. Eight to ten questions fill a 10-minute icebreaker; a meeting opener takes three or four. Every question is about the season, not a holiday, so they work from the first week of March, through the equinox on Saturday, March 20, 2027, and into May.
14 spring weather would you rather questions
Rain, sun and that one confusing week in March. Everyone has lived through spring weather, so everyone can answer.

Want a host to run a spring event for your team?
Ten questions warm up a meeting. A live host runs a whole hour of spring games in small teams that change every round, with scoring and music and nothing for you to prep, so a remote team of 15 or a 150-person all-hands stays on one Zoom call together. Or ship everyone a kit and plant something live. Hosted games book about 2 weeks ahead; kit workshops need about 3 weeks for US addresses, or about 5 with guests in Canada or abroad.

How to run it in the office, hybrid or on Zoom
Four steps turn a list into a game. They work the same in a room or on a call.
- Match the set to the group. Weather or food for a brand new group, outdoors or travel when people know each other, work before a planning meeting.
- Thumbs up or thumbs down. On the count of three, thumbs up for the first option and thumbs down for the second. On video, hold the thumb up to the camera.
- Let each side make its case. One person per side gets 15 seconds, then everyone votes again. Anyone who switched says what won them over.
- End on a close vote. Ten minutes is eight to ten questions. A meeting opener needs only three or four, so save the rest for next week.

- In the office: on a warm day, take it outside and make two trees the two answers. Indoors, the two sides of the room work fine.
- Hybrid: run the vote in the meeting chat for everyone, the room included, so a remote vote counts as much as a raised thumb. Let a remote teammate defend first.
- On a video call: screen-share the picker, pick one reaction per choice, and unmute one person from each side before you click Next question.
- In team chat: make one question the first message of every Monday from March to May. Two emoji are the ballot, and the smaller camp picks next week's question.
