12 best employee engagement companies in 2026, compared
Event companies, survey platforms and recognition tools: who each is for, what it does and what it costs. Every competitor fact was checked on the company’s own site.
Quick picks
Employee engagement companies come in three kinds. Event and experience companies run the moments that bring people together. Survey platforms measure how engaged people are. Recognition platforms make everyday thanks visible. Engagement grows from shared experiences, and you need data to know it’s working, which is why our pick does both.
How we checked: KraftyLab is our company and our pick for most teams. Every price, product name and claim for the other companies comes from their own websites, read on October 6, 2026 (event companies on October 5). Prices change; confirm on their site before you buy.
How to choose an employee engagement company
Five questions settle most decisions. Ask every vendor the same ones.
Measure or move? Survey tools tell you how engaged people are. Events and experiences are what actually change it. Most teams need both, so look for a company that does both.
Who runs it day to day? A platform needs an owner and a rollout. A hosted event needs a date and a headcount. Be honest about your team's time.
Per seat or per event? Software is usually priced per employee per year, often with a minimum. Events are priced per person or per group package. Compare the full-year cost.
Does it work for remote and office teams? Check video platforms, home shipping for kits and in-person coverage in your cities.
Can you see results? Ask how you'll know it worked: response rates, scores by team, feedback after each event.
