Coffee Tasting

The minimum lead time for kit-based events is 16 days. We require that addresses are submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. To ensure you have enough time for all participants to provide their addresses (especially if some are out of the office or slow to respond), we recommend giving your team an additional week to submit their information.

- Shipping timeline: Kits are typically expected to arrive at least 3 days prior to the event, and sometimes even earlier. This ensures that if there are any issues with the kits or shipping, we have plenty of time to resolve them before the event.
- International shipping: For international addresses, we require 3-4 weeks of lead time to account for customs and delivery.
- Expedited shipping: If you need a quicker turnaround, we can accommodate this, but please note that expedited shipping fees may apply for kit-based activities.

There is no restriction on how far in advance you can book (some of our clients book events a year in advance)! If you need to book on short notice, just reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes! You can reserve your event with an estimated headcount. We won’t send the final invoice until we receive final participant numbers and addresses. We also prepare a 20% buffer based on your estimate, but if you expect to exceed that, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Our virtual events are hosted on Zoom by default, but we are happy to accommodate your team's preferred platform, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and WebEx. If you'd like to use a different platform, please provide the link to your event manager after booking. We just ask that someone is available to grant our host access a few minutes before the event starts.

Absolutely! Our hosts are experienced in leading events for hybrid groups. For the best experience, we recommend having a dedicated screen in the office where the group can see and hear the host, and ideally, where the host can see and hear the in-office participants. We suggest testing your setup with the event link beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes! Kits can be customized in a variety of ways, including branded packaging, adding company swag, or tailoring the theme and materials. We require at least 4 weeks’ notice for customizations. Please contact us with your ideas and budget, and we’ll create an updated quote with options that fit your vision.
