What to ask before you book a virtual cocktail class

  1. Are the spirits in the box? Some kits ship 50ml bottles; others send mixers only and guests buy the alcohol.

  2. Who signs for it? Alcohol needs an adult 21+ at the door, so office or home addresses matter.

  3. What about non-drinkers? Ask for a zero-proof kit per guest, not a separate event.

  4. Where can kits go? Most stop at the continental US; Canada and overseas guests cost extra or get a shopping list.

  5. What do guests supply? Ice and glasses at least; some classes also expect a shaker and measuring spoons.

  6. When are addresses due? Usually about two weeks out, so send the invite three weeks before the class.
