1. Upon booking, you will receive a Zoom (or platform of your choice) link for your virtual bubble tea class
2. You will receive an address collection form **(due 16 days prior to your event)**
3. Once the total number of participants is confirmed, we will send you an invoice, **payment is due two weeks before the event**
4. We will ship kits to participants across the US & Canada

**Q1. Is the reusable bubble tea cup dishwasher safe?**
Unfortunately not! The cup is plastic and must be washed by hand.
**Q2. What kind of container do we need to brew teas?**
A 32oz quart container is recommended, but any glass or ceramic container will do!
**Q3. Can I buy the bubble tea kit without the live class?**
Yes! You can purchase lone kits (with instructions) from our **shop**.
