In-person Halloween team building in NYC
Each of these events lasts about an hour, and our team travels to your location with setup and cleanup included. Pair any of them with a costume contest, themed snacks or a pumpkin decorating table, and you have a Halloween party.
1. Feud Night
A lively mix of pub trivia and Family Feud-style survey questions. Teams talk through each prompt and lock in their answers on a phone through a QR code, every team plays every round, and points depend on how popular your answer is, so no team is out of the game until the end. 2. Team Trivia
Pub trivia with a live host, built for teams. Each team picks a captain who submits answers from a phone, creative bonus rounds break up the standard questions, and a big-wager finale can change the standings at the last minute. 3. Music Bingo
Bingo meets a live DJ. Every player gets a card of songs and artists instead of numbers, the host plays clips from music videos, and players mark off each track they hear until someone gets five in a row. 4. Blitz-Speed Trivia
Trivia at full speed, where every player competes on their own. Answers go in on each person’s phone, faster answers earn more points, and the game races through classic, video and surprise rounds to a finale called The Staircase, where the questions get harder until one player is left at the top. 5. Canvas Painting
A relaxed, creative hour where everyone paints their own piece on a premium 12 x 16 inch canvas panel, with all supplies included. No art skills are needed, and a haunted house or a jack-o’-lantern makes an easy seasonal subject. $55/person + $750 base fee. See Canvas Painting in New York City.
6. Watercolor Card Decorating

Virtual Halloween options for hybrid teams
If part of your team works outside New York, run the party on a video call so everyone plays on equal footing. Our hosted games run on Zoom by default, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex on request.
Virtual murder mystery
Nobody has to act out a character, because everyone plays detective. A live host opens the case on your call, small teams work through the evidence in breakout rooms, and everyone makes a final accusation before the reveal. Halloween Trivia Time
An hour of spooky trivia rounds, picture clues and mini-games, led by a lively host with Halloween-themed backgrounds and music. Halloween-Themed Mixology

How to plan Halloween team building in NYC
- Book ahead: Book at least 2 weeks ahead for in-person and virtual games (sooner? ask), and at least 3 weeks ahead for kit events like mixology. International addresses need 3 to 4 weeks.
- Check your space: For the game events, you provide a room with tables and chairs, plus a TV screen or projector with an HDMI cable. The painting classes need tables, chairs and access to water.
- Plan for hybrid: If some people will join remotely, choose a virtual option so remote and in-office colleagues play on equal footing.
