Receive address collection information from us and collect your team's addresses.

Finalize headcount
14 days prior to the event.

Once final number of attendees is confirmed, you will receive itemized invoice with your total balance.

Shipping
Once payment is submitted, kits will be on their way, and participants receive tracking information
