What web-conferencing platforms do you support?

Our virtual events are hosted on Zoom by default, but we are happy to accommodate your team's preferred platform, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and WebEx. If you'd like to use a different platform, please provide the link to your event manager after booking. We just ask that someone is available to grant our host access a few minutes before the event starts.

Question 2

How are the ingredients for the taco making class delivered?

Accepted Answer

The ingredients for this class are delivered through Instacart or AmazonFresh, depending on local availability. For international participants, we can provide a list of ingredients so they can be sourced locally. We also offer both meat-based (beef) and plant-based (mushroom) options to accommodate different dietary needs.

Question 3

I'm not sure of my final headcount. Can I book with an estimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can reserve your event with an estimated headcount. We won’t invoice until we receive final participant numbers and addresses. We also prepare a 20% buffer based on your estimate, but if you expect to exceed that, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

How far in advance should we book our event with kits?

Accepted Answer

The minimum lead time for kit-based events is 16 days. We require that addresses are submitted at least 14 days prior to the event. To ensure you have enough time for all participants to provide their addresses (especially if some are out of the office or slow to respond), we recommend giving your team an additional week to submit their information.

- Shipping timeline: Kits are typically expected to arrive at least 3 days prior to the event, and sometimes even earlier. This ensures that if there are any issues with the kits or shipping, we have plenty of time to resolve them before the event.
- International shipping: For international addresses, we require 3-4 weeks of lead time to account for customs and delivery.
- Expedited shipping: If you need a quicker turnaround, we can accommodate this, but please note that expedited shipping fees may apply for kit-based activities.

There is no restriction on how far in advance you can book (some of our clients book events a year in advance)! If you need to book on short notice, just reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
