Live from Mexico City, a professional chef will host a fun taco making class, guiding your team through every step and giving snippets of knowledge about Traditional Mexican Cuisine.

Your team will learn how to make Authentic Mexican Street Tacos in this live and interactive virtual class! This culinary experience will help your team broaden their horizons, and learn a new skill that they can use in their home life.
A professional chef and host will teach your team how to make homemade street tacos featuring salsa, taco filling, and flour tortillas live from Mexico City.

Ingredients: 1 large tomato, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 bell pepper, 1 jalapeño, 2 limes, 4 cilantro/coriander sprigs, 1 bag of flour OR pre-made flour tortillas
Ingredients for this class will be delivered to participants through Instacart or AmazonFresh.
Equipment: Participants will need access to kitchen equipment, including a cutting board, utensils, pots and pans, blender/mortar and pestle, and a rolling pin. We ask that attendees have their ingredients and utensils ready in preparation for the class.

Choose between a 60-minute experience where you will make homemade alambre (taco filling) and salsa. If you have the extra time, join us for our 90-minute experience where you will learn to make homemade tortillas too!

Chef Graciela Montaño is Aura Mexican Kitchen's Executive Chef, plus a Mexican brand ambassador, show cook, TV influencer, professional sommelier, and speaker.
Chef Montaño's passion originates from her specialization in Traditional Mexican Gastronomy, which she shares with the world through her in-person and online cooking classes, gastronomy experiences, and team building sessions.

how does it work?
To ensure your kits are delivered on time and your host is available, we recommend a booking minimum of three weeks before the event date.
Upon booking, you will receive a form for participant address collection. Once the total amount of participants is confirmed, we will send you an invoice which is due two weeks prior to the event.
You will receive a Zoom link (or platform of your choice) for your guests to join!
